Reverse marketing is a technique where by pro-actively contact potential and existing clients and “sell” a candidate to them to create an opportunity. It has been part of my recruitment life for decades and a way to meet my key performance indicators. I learned these techniques early in my career but perfected them whilst working for Morgan & Banks.
